How to get the most out of your purchase

  • May we suggest you to familiarize yourself with the following approach.

Most of our parents have found it serves them best. Why don’t you  try it out and see if it works for you, too.

  • And of course, you are very welcome to immerse in our parenting course materials the way you find most suitable for your needs!

Step 1: Read the introduction of the chapter.

Step 2: Record your own questions and ideas regarding the topic at hand (you can use the reflection sheet, too!)

Step 3: Listen thoughtfully the audio file. You may even want to listen to it, or some parts of it, twice.

Step 4: Record all your thoughts and ideas, which arise from the audio.

Step 5: Take a look at the assigment sheet and plan a moment to really practice the learnings and insights with your child and family. You can even download and print out this cheat sheet, to have it at hand whenever you have the moment to practice. And don’t worry, in most cases, these practices don’t take too much time, but will make a great difference to your daily life and interaction with your child.

Step 6: Review your initial ideas (step 2) after listening and practicing the new thinking. How do you feel now?

Step 7: Stop at times to think about your ways to raise a child, make note of your daily habits and changes you have made. Remember, change is an ongoing process and may take some time. We believe in you!
